Tel flame sprey yöntemi ile yapılan kaplamalarda oksi-asetilen-propan alevinde ve yüksek basınçlı hava ile pülverize edilen çeşitli tel alaşımları (molibden,Paslanmaz,Bakır,Alüminyum,Çinko,Bronz,Babbit) kullanılarak tamir amaçlı dolgular,aşınmaya ve korozyona dayanıklı kaplamalar elde edilir.
