Sert Eloksal Kaplamalar

7075 / 6082 Alüminyum malzemelerde uygulanan bir kaplamadır. Elektrolit yöntemi ile malzeme yüzeyinde terse doğru sert bir Alüminyum Oksit tabaka meydana gelir.Yüzey sertliği 55-60 HRC olup aşınmaya dirençli bir kaplamadır.

7075/6082 alüminyum malzemelerde uygulanan bir kaplamadır. Elektrolit yöntemi ile yani daldırma asidik banyo içerisinde ve elektriksel bir uygulama ile alüminyum metal yüzeylerinde kimyasal bir reaksiyon oluşturarak ana metalin dıştan içe doğru sert bir tabaka (alüminyum oksit) elde etme uygulamasıdır. Sert eloksal kaplamalar 55-60 HRC sertliğindedir. Sanayinin çeşitli alanlarında makine elemanlarının hafif fakat aşınma direncinin olması gerektiği yerlerde sert eloksal kaplamlar tercih edilmektedir.
