Sert Krom Kaplamalar

Elektrolit kaplama yöntemi ile yapılan bir kaplamadır. Mikron seviyesinde (50-100 mikron) uygulama yapılır. Yüzey sertliği 60 HRC olup aşınmaya ve korozyona karşı dirençli bir kaplamadır.

Asidik ortamda banyoya daldırılarak ve elektrik akımı ile birlikte metal yüzeyinde mikron seviyesinde (50-100 mikron) oluşturulan kaplamadır. 60 hrc sertliğinde olan sert krom kaplama aşınmaya ve korozyona karşı dirençli olan bir kaplamadır. Başta demir çelik sanayi, petrokimya sanayi, enerji sanayi, matbaa sanayi, ambalaj sanayi ve gıda sanayisinde tercih edilen bir kaplamadır. Sert krom kaplama metal yüzeylerin hem aşınmasını hem de korozyona uğramasını geciktiren bir kaplamadır.
